She expanded her career to Los Angeles with twin sister Randi Willhite where she served as the Second Vice President of the Consolidated Board of Realtist. She also belongs to the National, State and local chapters for National Association of Realtor​s.
Ryan is also, a certified distressed property expert. She has become a pre-licensing instructor assisting students
