I was first introduced to the Mortgage Industry in 1989 when I started working for First Nationwide Bank. Throughout the years I also worked for The Money Store, Wachovia and Countrywide Bank. I learned a lot about Mortgages, taxes, insurance, escrow's etc.. I came away with a wide variety of knowledge.
Then in 2004 I decided to get my Real Estate License. I started off by working as a Loan Officer for California Home Loan Network. That was when the industry was really booming with refinances, stated income, 80/20 programs and so forth. But it just was not my cup of tea.
In 2007 I was approached by another real estate firm and I began selling real estate as a part time agent, while working in the office as a full time employee. I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and continue to grow everyday. I truly enjoy what I do and I really love working my clients!
